Consolution design, build and install a range of standard and specialist control panels and switchgear including:
Motor Control Centres (MCC's)
Motor Control Centres utilising standard designs from Form 4 type 2 and 3. Types 1 to 7 are available. Top and bottom cable entry is available on all options.
We also manufacture custom built MCC’s where space, access and cable entry may be of concern. Our MCC’s can be manufactured in modules for easy access. Standard or remote control interfaces are available for connection to parallel or supervisory systems. Options include hard wired, RS485, Profibus, Modbus, DH+, Ethernet etc. In fact we can design our equipment to suit most interfaces and protocols for telemetry and control applications.
Hazardous Area Equipment
Consolution have a great deal of design experience and product selection knowledge for equipment in hazardous areas. We can source and build control equipment for use in gas categories Zone 0 to Zone 2 and dust categories Zone 20 to Zone 22.
We have vast experience in the design of intrinsically safe circuits to ensure our control solutions offer safe operations of remote I/0 in hazardous environments.
Stand Alone Solutions
From a stand alone DOL, SD or Variable Speed motor starter to single PID controller stations, Consolution can supply a range of tailor manufactured stand alone control panel solution to meet your requirements including:-
