Companies who operate to manufacturing quality standard such as ISO 9002 will more often than not operate a strcit regime of calibrating their plant instrumentation and other critical equipment in order to ensure their manufactured products remian in specification and tolerance.

Consolution offer a range of off site or in situation calibration services, with all our calibration equipment being traceable to NAMAS standards.

Where equipment needs to be calibrated in a control loop, Consolution can perform full loop checks and associated calibration including alarm checks on associated Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) such as SCADA and other displays.

A full Loop Check certificate will be issued on completion or item Calibration Certificate in both paper or electronic format.

Consolution can also arrange removal, service, calibration and reinstallation of most common control valves and cylinders fitted with pneumatic, electro pneumatic and fully electronic positioners.
